AI Content Gym Membership Terms & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to the AI Content Gym, operated by Dr. Stephanie Thrower, PsyD / Coaching with Dr. Thrower LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”).
These terms outline your rights and responsibilities as a member.

1. Membership Overview

The AI Content Gym is a recurring subscription providing access to digital trainings, templates, GPTs, and community resources designed for therapists, coaches, and wellness professionals.

2. Payment & Billing

  • Membership is billed monthly ($47)

  • Your payment method on file will be charged automatically each billing cycle.

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe through GoHighLevel.

3. Cancellations

  • You may cancel anytime before your next renewal to avoid being charged again.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid billing period; access remains until that date.

  • To cancel, log in to your Member Portal → Account → Billing or email stephanie@coachingwithdrthrower.com with “Cancel Membership” in the subject line.

  • Because access to all digital materials is granted immediately, no refunds or partial credits are issued once a billing cycle has begun.

4. Refunds & Trials

  • Refunds are not provided for past payments, unused time, or early cancellation of annual plans.

  • If a free or discounted trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.

5. Access & Content Use

  • Your login is for individual use only and may not be shared.

  • All program materials, templates, GPTs, and trainings remain the intellectual property of Coaching with Dr. Thrower LLC.

  • You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal or professional development only.

6. Community Standards

Members are expected to maintain respectful, professional communication in all community spaces. We reserve the right to revoke access without refund for violations of these standards.

7. Changes to Membership or Pricing

We may update or modify content, pricing, or policies with at least 30 days’ notice. Active members will retain their existing rate until the next renewal cycle.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

This membership offers educational and business-development resources; it is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or clinical advice. Participation does not create a therapist-client relationship.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Massachusetts.
