THE EXPERT COURSE LAB
Your course should be working harder than you are.
A 3-month build program for experts who are done planning and ready to have something finished — an AI-powered course, designed to delegate, that teaches and markets your expertise without requiring you to be everywhere at once.
Here's what I hear most often from the people I work with.
They've been building their course for six months — sometimes longer. They have a hard drive full of voice memos, half-finished outlines, and slide decks from three different attempts at the same module. The ideas are good. The expertise is real. And somehow, the course still isn't done.
Or it is done — it's live, it's technically complete — but it's not doing what they hoped. Students aren't finishing it. The marketing feels like a second job. And the whole thing quietly drains energy instead of creating it.
This isn't a knowledge problem. It's not even really a time problem. It's a systems problem. And it's one that AI — used the right way, on the right things — can actually solve.
The Innovative Expert Lab is where we build those systems. Together.
This isn't a course about AI. It's a lab where we build your course with AI.
There's an important difference.
A course teaches you what's possible. The Lab is where you walk out with something finished — a course or program that's built, AI-powered, and designed so that once you've made the key creative decisions, the rest can be handed off.
I call it designed to delegate. The goal isn't just to get your course done. It's to get it done in a way where you're not the bottleneck forever. Where your systems can run without you in every corner of them.
Over three months, we work through three phases:
-
Before we build anything, we get clear on what actually needs to be built.
Most experts start with the wrong problem. They think they need more content when they need a sharper niche. They think they need a better course when they need a different student experience. They think they need to do more when they need to systematize what they already have.
The Assess phase is a diagnostic. We look at your course idea or existing program, your audience, your current bottlenecks, and your relationship with AI — and we build a clear picture of what's actually limiting your growth and what to build first.
We also look at the heart of you as a vocational being…sound strange? It’s not. As a vocational psychologist I know that our narratives about work, our exceptional talents and our challenges are ALL important to the tasks we do everyday and our identity as experts and entrepreneurs. You leave the Assess phase knowing exactly what to build and why. And you might also have better clarity on your goals & your career story which helps with all that tricky mindset stuff.
-
This is the core of the Lab. And it's the part most programs skip, which is kinda bewildering.
We build your course — the curriculum, the AI tools, the student experience, and the systems that make it run. We build courses with systems so the process is faster but almost more importantly, it teaches better.
We also bring your course into the future with AI Tools. That means custom GPTs trained on your frameworks, AI-powered journals and assessments that deepen your students' learning, and content workflows that turn one lesson into a month of marketing.AI handles the parts that drain you without adding value. You make the decisions that only you can make.
And everything we build is documented and structured so a VA can take it from there.
70% of this can be outsourced once you’ve made all the most important decisions.
You leave the Build phase with a finished, AI-powered course — not a plan for one.
-
A great course that no one buys is still a problem.
The Sell phase is about getting visible in a way that doesn't feel like a second career. We build your visibility and sales systems — content that markets your course from your existing expertise, simple funnels that create consistent enrollment, and a sales approach that feels aligned with who you actually are.
AI is at the center of this too. One lesson becomes a month of content. Your frameworks become your marketing. The system runs even when you don't have time to run it.
80% of this can be delegated out once we decide on our systems. You leave the Sell phase with a visibility and sales engine that works alongside your course — not instead of it.
Is the Lab right for you?
I created this lab for people who have deep expertise, built over years of actual work with real clients. You know your material. You're good at what you do.
And you're ready to build something that carries that expertise beyond the one-to-one work. A course, a program, a digital offer — something that teaches what you know, serves more people, and creates income that doesn't require you to be on every single call.
You're a good fit if:
You're a coach, consultant, educator, or therapist who's serious about building (or rebuilding) a course or program
You have expertise worth teaching — but you're not sure how to translate it into a course that actually transforms students
You've been thinking about this for long enough that "thinking about it" has become its own kind of exhausting
You want to use AI strategically — not to replace your voice, but to build faster and teach better
You're willing to make the creative decisions and hand the implementation to systems and support
The Lab might not be the BEST match if:
The Lab isn't the right fit if you're looking for someone to do the whole thing for you — to build your course with your idea but someone else is executing everything that doesn’t HAVE to involve you.
That's a different kind of work. And horrayyy! I offer that too. I actually also LOVE building courses for my clients.
If you want 80% of the course built for you — the structure, the AI tools, the systems — with minimal time investment on your end, my done-for-you offer exists for exactly that.
We can talk about whether that's a better fit on a Clarity Call.
But the Lab is for experts who want to create and learn how to build for themselves. And the best part, you don’t have to build it all. We can develop systems that make outsourcing easy.
But the Lab is for experts who want to create and learn how to build for themselves.
And the best part, you don’t have to build it all. We can develop systems that make outsourcing easy.
The lab is the most financially cost-effective way to get your course done fast AND better with major support.
If you care about the cost of your time, than DIY might cost you the most.
This is a good match if you want to understand how the systems work so you can direct them. Who want to walk out knowing how to keep building, not just with a finished thing they can't maintain.
If that's you — the Lab was designed for you.
What you will accomplish:
-
Not outlined. Not partially recorded. Built — with a clear curriculum, a student experience that creates real transformation, and lessons that sound like you.
-
Custom GPTs trained on your frameworks. AI-powered journals and assessments that personalize the learning experience. Tools that give your students the support they need between sessions — without requiring more of your time.
-
One lesson becomes a month of content. Your frameworks become your marketing. You stop creating from scratch every week and start repurposing what already exists.
-
Every system we build is documented so someone else can run it. Once you've made the creative decisions, the implementation can be handed off. That's the point. Your time is for thinking, not for doing the same task twice.
-
Simple, values-aligned, and built around the expertise you already have. Not a funnel that feels like a foreign language. A system that makes consistent enrollment possible without daily hustle.
Three months. Three tiers. One clear destination.
The Lab runs for 3 months and is available at three levels of support — Group, Private, and VIP.
All three move through the same Assess, Build, Sell phases. The difference is how much access you have to me and how much of the heavy lifting we do together.
The right tier depends on where you are, what you need, and how much support feels useful. We'll figure that out on a Clarity Call before you commit to anything.
A word about AI — and what I actually think about it.
I'm going to say something that might surprise you for someone who runs an AI program:
I'm skeptical of AI. Not of its usefulness — I've seen what it can do, and it's genuinely remarkable — but of the way it gets sold. As if it's magic. As if the tool is the answer. As if you can hand your expertise to a chatbot and get a course back.
That's not how this works.
Your expertise — the frameworks you've developed, the way you see problems, the questions you ask that other people don't — that's irreplaceable. AI should handle the parts that drain you without adding value — the research, the formatting, the repurposing — so your energy stays on the work that only you can do.
That's the philosophy the Lab is built on. You make the decisions that matter. Systems and AI handle the rest.
I'm Dr. Stephanie Thrower.
I'm part psychologist, part systems diagnostician, part AI integration strategist — and I've spent 15+ years working across sport psychology, mental health, vocational counseling, and social justice frameworks.
I came to course building the hard way. I poured everything I knew into early programs and burned out before I'd taught half of what I'd planned. I know what it feels like to care deeply about the quality of what you're building and still not be able to finish it.
What changed wasn't my work ethic. It was how I approached the build. I stopped trying to do everything myself and started building systems that could carry the work.
Now I help other experts do the same. Not by handing them a template, but by working through the diagnostic work, the building, and the selling — together, in a way that actually fits how they work and what they care about.
If you've been building alone and getting nowhere fast, I want to change that.
Your expertise is too valuable to stay in your head.
You've spent years developing something real. A way of seeing problems. A framework that gets results. A depth of knowledge that your clients trust.
A course — built right, powered by AI, designed to delegate — is how that expertise reaches more people without requiring more of you.
The Lab is where we build it.
