THE INNOVATIVE EXPERT LAB
For entrepreneurs ready to level up.
This isn't a course about AI. It's a lab where we figure out your right next offer based on psychology, data, and strategy — then build it with AI.
You've already built something that works. A practice. A program. A reputation. That's not the problem.
The problem is the next part. You can feel it's time to expand — a course, a group offer, something that doesn't need your body in a chair — but every path forward looks like a guess. So you've been circling: half-built outlines, saved reels, another program you bought and didn't finish.
Here's what I've learned watching smart, credentialed people get stuck: it's almost never that they haven't built enough. It's that nobody ever helped them figure out what's actually worth building FOR THEM. So they copy what's loudest — and wonder why it doesn't fit.
The Lab starts differently. Before we build anything, we find out what you should build. And just as important — what you shouldn't.
This isn't a course about AI. It's a lab where we figure out your right next offer — then build it with AI.
I'm a vocational psychologist, which means I don't treat your business expansion like a marketing problem. I treat it like what it actually is: a vocational decision. Those deserve real assessment — not a vibe, not a trend, not whatever a guru's funnel says you need.
So that's how the Lab works. Assess deeply. Then build the right thing. AI does the heavy lifting on production so your energy goes where it can't be replaced: your judgment, your depth, your voice.
We work through three phases:
-
Most programs start building on day one. We don't.
You'll work through a structured assessment of yourself, your clients, your framework, and your goals — the same qualitative-first approach I've used for fifteen years as a psychologist, now powered by AI that turns your answers into real data.
Every assessment feeds one final synthesis: what to expand, what to protect, and what not to build. By the end of this phase, you're not guessing anymore. Your business has an evidence base — and your AI has a brain built from intention, not scraps. -
Now we build — the right thing, at speed. Sometimes that's a course. Sometimes it's an assessment tool, a custom GPT, AI journals for your clients, a book, a group program. Whatever the assessment revealed. You'll use AI workflows designed to sound like you (not like everyone else's outputs), with templates and delegation plans so the build fits inside your actual life — client load, kids, all of it.
-
A finished offer nobody knows about isn't finished. You'll build the selling system: your sales page, your email rhythm, your marketing plan, and — this is where the psychologist shows up again — an approach to selling built on assessment and qualification, not convincing. If selling has always felt gross, this phase is where that changes.
Is the Lab right for you?
I created this lab for people who have deep expertise, built over years of actual work with real clients. You know your stuff. You're good at what you do.
And you're ready to build something that carries that expertise beyond the one-to-one work. A course, a program, a digital offer — something that teaches what you know, serves more people, and creates income that doesn't require you to be on every single call.
You're a good fit if:
One part of your business already works. It's the next part that's unclear.
You have 10+ years of expertise and a nagging sense it could reach more people than your calendar allows.
You've said some version of "I have so much in my head, I just can't get it out."
You're genuinely curious about AI but allergic to hype — you want it to amplify your depth, not flatten it.
You want a thinking partner with real training in how people change — not another cheerleader with a template.
You're ready to level up. Not start over.
The Lab might not be the BEST match if:
The Lab isn't the right fit if you're looking for someone to build something for you.
That's a different kind of work. And horrayyy! I offer that too. I actually also LOVE building assets for my clients.
If you want 80% of the thing built for you — the structure, the AI tools, the systems — with minimal time investment on your end, my done-for-you offer exists for exactly that.
An assessment call would be best for you to figure out whether you have the bandwidth for me to teach you how to design, build, market & sell or if it makes more sense for me to build the assets and the marketing brain for your AI.
The Lab is for experts who want to create and learn how to build for themselves.
And the best part, you don’t have to build it all. We can develop systems that make outsourcing easy. We even do a lot of building on the calls.
The lab is the most financially cost-effective way to design or grow your business fast AND better with major support.
What you will accomplish:
A word about AI — and what I actually think about it.
I'm not going to tell you AI changes everything. I'm going to tell you something more useful: AI changes the economics of being an expert.
The production work that used to take months — the writing, the building, the formatting — now takes weeks. Which means the scarce thing is no longer production. It's judgment. Knowing what's worth making, what your people actually need, what to protect from automation entirely.
That's why the Lab leads with assessment. The best AI skill is knowing when not to use it. The second best is knowing what to put in front of it.
I'm Dr. Stephanie Thrower.
Vocational psychologist. Three degrees, fifteen-plus years across sport psychology, mental health, and career development. Mom of three. Recovering overachiever, currently practicing.
I've built four courses of my own with AI, helped experts go from "I've been meaning to build something" to built-and-selling, and done all of it alongside a therapy practice and a full house. I don't teach from the outside. I build under the same constraints you have — which is exactly why the Lab doesn't require you to disappear from your life to work.
What I bring that's rare in this space: I'm trained in how people actually change. Not marketing's version. Psychology's version. That training runs through every phase of the Lab — including how you'll teach, and how you'll sell.
