Coaching with Dr. Thrower

1. What You’re Purchasing

By completing your purchase, you are purchasing access to one BRAVE Workshop for a one-time payment of $27, unless a different price is specified at checkout.

Workshops are offered monthly, but each workshop is a separate purchase. Your purchase is not a subscription and does not enroll you in future workshops.

Your purchase includes:

• Admission for one person to the live online workshop identified at checkout.

• Access to the workshop replay.

• The downloadable materials, prompts, or other resources specifically listed on that workshop’s sales page.

• An opportunity to submit questions during the live session, subject to available time.

The topic, date, time, duration, and included resources are specified on the individual workshop’s sales page. Individual coaching, audits, and access to other BRAVE programs are not included unless expressly stated.

2. Access & Delivery

Purchase confirmation and instructions for accessing the live workshop will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for entering a correct email address and checking your spam or promotions folders.

Live workshops take place on Zoom unless otherwise specified. Please check the stated time zone when planning your attendance.

The replay and accompanying materials will be delivered after the workshop according to the timing stated on its sales page or purchase confirmation. Any replay access limit will be disclosed before purchase.

If you have not received your confirmation within 24 hours, or need assistance accessing the workshop, contact stephanie@coachingwithdrthrower.com. Support is not guaranteed immediately before or during a live session.

3. Promotional Codes & Discounts

Coaching with Dr. Thrower may periodically offer promotional or coupon codes for selected BRAVE Workshops.

• Codes must be applied at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

• Each code is valid for one use per customer unless otherwise stated.

• Codes apply only to the workshops or products identified in the promotion. They do not apply to the BRAVE Audit, BRAVE Intensive, BRAVE Studio, or other services unless expressly stated.

• Codes cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly permitted.

• Codes are valid only during the stated promotional period.

• Promotional offers may be modified or withdrawn for future purchases. Discounts already honored on completed purchases will not be affected.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Schedule Changes

All workshop sales are final, except as described below or where a refund is required by applicable law.

Refunds are not provided for participant cancellations, missed attendance, scheduling conflicts, or a change of mind. If you cannot attend live, you will still receive the included replay.

If Coaching with Dr. Thrower cancels a workshop without providing a replacement date, you will receive a full refund.

If a workshop is rescheduled, you may keep your registration for the new date or request a full refund before the rescheduled workshop begins.

If a technical problem on our end prevents delivery of the workshop or promised replay, we will contact you to arrange replacement access, a rescheduled session, or an appropriate refund.

For billing errors or other purchase concerns, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws or your payment provider’s dispute process.

5. Recording & Participation

BRAVE Workshops are recorded so purchasers can access a replay. We will announce when recording begins.

If you choose to speak or appear on camera during a recorded portion, your voice, image, display name, or contributions may appear in the replay provided to workshop purchasers. Participation on camera or microphone is optional.

If you prefer not to appear in the recording, keep your camera and microphone off. Contact us before contributing if you have questions about whether your contribution will be included.

Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information or identifying information about clients or other people. A group workshop is not a confidential therapy setting, and we cannot guarantee that other participants will keep shared information private.

Participants may not independently record, transcribe, or redistribute sessions without prior written permission. We will seek separate permission before using an identifiable participant contribution in public promotional materials.

6. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

Workshop content created by Coaching with Dr. Thrower—including recordings, slides, workbooks, prompts, and other resources—is owned by Coaching with Dr. Thrower and Dr. Stephanie Thrower. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the workshop and use its materials for your own learning and within your own business.

You may adapt the provided prompts and exercises for your own work, including entering prompts into an AI tool for that purpose. You retain ownership of your original contributions; rights in AI-generated outputs are subject to the relevant tool’s terms and applicable law.

You may not share access links or credentials, redistribute or resell workshop materials, or reproduce them in your own courses, programs, or trainings without prior written permission.

7. Educational Purpose

BRAVE Workshops provide general education about business, work, psychology, and technology.

Although Dr. Thrower is a licensed psychologist, purchasing or attending a workshop does not establish a psychologist–patient relationship or an individual professional advisory relationship.

Workshop participation is not psychotherapy, psychological assessment, or individualized medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

8. Results & AI Tools

No particular business, marketing, financial, or personal outcome is guaranteed. Results depend on your circumstances, decisions, implementation, and factors outside our control.

Examples shared during workshops illustrate particular experiences. They do not promise that you will achieve the same results.

AI tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable information. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them and for protecting confidential information when using third-party tools.

9. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, and software needed to join the live workshop, view the replay, and access the included materials.

Any required third-party accounts or paid subscriptions will be identified on the workshop’s sales page. Demonstrating a tool does not mean its subscription or access fees are included in your purchase.

Third-party tools, features, pricing, and availability may change. Coaching with Dr. Thrower does not control those services.
