Coaching with Dr. Thrower

1. What You're Purchasing

By completing your purchase, you are buying a one-time, non-subscription digital product. Your purchase includes access to the following, delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.

The Course Design Mini-Lab — $97

• Four pre-recorded video modules: Module 1 (What Your Course Is Missing), Module 2 (AI-Powered Speed), Module 3 (AI-Powered Innovation), and Module 4 (Built to Sell)

• Three downloadable guided workbooks: Workbook 1 (The Learning Lab Audit), Workbook 2 (The Speed Bottleneck Map), and Workbook 3 (The AI Tool Blueprint)

• Three personalized AI-generated reports — one produced upon submission of each workbook. Report 1 covers your Course & Niche Critique (paired with Workbook 1). Report 2 covers your AI Speed Map (paired with Workbook 2). Report 3 covers your AI Enhancement Blueprint with specific tool recommendations (paired with Workbook 3). Reports are generated via MindPal based on your submitted workbook responses.

• Optional Add-On: Personal Video Review — $79

If you selected this add-on at checkout, the following is also included:

• One intake form, sent to the email address used at purchase within approximately 10 minutes of your completed transaction, which you must fill out to activate this service

• One personal video response from Dr. Stephanie Thrower, 5–10 minutes in length, reviewing your audit results and responding to the specific questions and context you provided in your intake form

• Delivery within 5 business days of your completed intake form submission

• Your video will be delivered via a private Vimeo link sent to your purchase email address

• The Personal Video Review is specific to the results and questions you submit. It does not constitute ongoing coaching, consulting, psychological services, or a therapeutic relationship of any kind.

2. Access & Delivery

Digital course access is granted immediately upon payment. You will receive login instructions at the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, contact stephanie@coachingwithdrthrower.com.

The Personal Video Review intake form will be sent to your email within approximately 10 minutes of purchase. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to submit your completed intake form. If the form is not submitted within that window, this add-on is forfeited with no refund.

3. Promotional Codes & Discounts

Coaching with Dr. Thrower may periodically offer promotional or coupon codes that apply a percentage discount to the purchase price of The Course Design Mini-Lab. The following terms apply to all promotional codes:

Promotional codes must be applied at the time of checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

Each promotional code is valid for a single use per customer unless otherwise stated.

Promotional codes apply to the base product price only. They do not apply to the Personal Video Review add-on unless the code explicitly states otherwise.

Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers, codes, or discounts.

Codes are valid only during the promotional period specified. Expired codes will not be honored.

Coaching with Dr. Thrower reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

The Course Design Mini-Lab — $97

Due to the immediate digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds are offered once access has been granted.

Personal Video Review Add-On — $79

This add-on is non-refundable once your intake form has been submitted and reviewed. If you purchased the add-on but have not yet submitted your intake form, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting stephanie@coachingwithdrthrower.com.

If you have a concern about your purchase, please reach out before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without prior contact will be disputed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included in The Course Design Mini-Lab — including but not limited to video recordings, workbooks, AI-generated reports, apps, and your Personal Video Review — is the intellectual property of Coaching with Dr. Thrower and Dr. Stephanie Thrower. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own professional development.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share access credentials, or use any part of this product in your own courses, programs, or trainings without prior written permission.

6. No Professional Services

The Course Design Mini-Lab and all associated materials, including the Personal Video Review, are educational products. Nothing in this program constitutes psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or medical advice. Dr. Thrower is a licensed psychologist; however, purchase of this product does not establish a therapeutic or professional services relationship of any kind.

7. Results Disclaimer

Course design outcomes depend on many factors, including the nature of your existing course, the quality and completeness of information you provide in your workbooks, and the implementation decisions you make after completing the audit. Results referenced in testimonials or marketing materials reflect individual experiences and are not guaranteed. Your results will vary.

8. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the internet access, device capabilities, and software required to access digital course content, complete the workbooks, and view a private Vimeo video link. Coaching with Dr. Thrower is not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent access.
