Coaching with Dr. Thrower

1. What You're Purchasing

By completing your purchase, you are buying a one-time, non-subscription digital product. Your purchase includes access to the following, delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.

The Pocket Course Lab — $97

  • Five pre-recorded video modules: Welcome, Module 1 (Design Your Pocket Course), Module 2 (Build It Fast), Module 3 (Add an AI Tool), and Module 4 (Your Pocket Marketing Plan), plus a Wrap-Up video

  • Four downloadable guided workbooks: Workbook 1 (Design Your Pocket Course), Workbook 2 (Build It Fast), Workbook 3 (Add an AI Tool), and Workbook 4 (Your Pocket Marketing Plan)

  • Four AI analysis prompts — one paired with each workbook — that generate your course concept plan, module scripts and slide outlines, AI tool design brief, and consistent sales plan

  • The Tech Decision Guide — a standalone resource covering platform selection, production stack, and email and automation setup

  • The Claude Skills Kit — nine Claude Skill files and the Universal AI Prompt Kit (compatible with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and any AI platform)

2. Access & Delivery

Digital course access is granted immediately upon payment. You will receive login instructions at the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, contact stephanie@coachingwithdrthrower.com.

3. Promotional Codes & Discounts

Coaching with Dr. Thrower may periodically offer promotional or coupon codes that apply a percentage discount to the purchase price of The Pocket Course Lab. The following terms apply to all promotional codes:

  • Promotional codes must be applied at the time of checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

  • Each promotional code is valid for a single use per customer unless otherwise stated.

  • Promotional codes apply to the base product price only. They do not apply to the Pocket Course Lab Audit add-on unless the code explicitly states otherwise.

  • Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers, codes, or discounts.

  • Codes are valid only during the promotional period specified. Expired codes will not be honored.

  • Coaching with Dr. Thrower reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

  • If a code fails to apply correctly at checkout, contact stephanie@coachingwithdrthrower.com before completing your purchase.

4. Refund Policy

The Pocket Course Lab — $97

Due to the immediate digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds are offered once access has been granted.

If you have a concern about your purchase, please reach out before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without prior contact will be disputed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included in The Pocket Course Lab — including but not limited to video recordings, workbooks, AI prompts, Claude Skill files, apps, and your Pocket Course Lab Audit video — is the intellectual property of Coaching with Dr. Thrower and Dr. Stephanie Thrower. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own professional development.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share access credentials, or use any part of this product in your own courses, programs, or trainings without prior written permission.

6. No Professional Services

The Pocket Course Lab and all associated materials, including the Pocket Course Lab Audit, are educational products. Nothing in this program constitutes psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or medical advice. Dr. Thrower is a licensed psychologist; however, purchase of this product does not establish a therapeutic or professional services relationship of any kind.

7. Results Disclaimer

Outcomes from The Pocket Course Lab depend on many factors, including the nature of your expertise, the quality and completeness of information you provide in your workbooks, and the implementation decisions you make after completing the course. Results referenced in testimonials or marketing materials reflect individual experiences and are not guaranteed. Your results will vary.

8. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the internet access, device capabilities, and software required to access digital course content, complete the workbooks, and view a private Vimeo video link. Use of the Claude Skills Kit requires a Claude account; Claude Pro ($20/month) is recommended for full Project functionality. Coaching with Dr. Thrower is not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent access.
